TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.All fees should be paid in full on the first day of term. Lessons take place once a week during normal academic terms the dates of which will be announced on the web site. Fees are accepted on the basis of attendance at the term's sessions, refunds are not given for missed or cancelled sessions. Cancellation: acceptance of the pupil is on the understanding that either a half term's written notice shall be given or an invoice will be issued for this sum for inadequate notice.
2. All students should arrive at, and be collected from, their classes on time. Please report any absenses about which you are aware in advance, and notify the relevant teacher or the Academy if your child or children may be late.
3. The uniform for the school is plain black leggings or tracksuit bottoms, t-shirts with the relevant class logo emblazened on to the front, and black jazz shoes or plimsols. Bluebeat street dance and Blue Academy students may wear bottoms and suitable footwear of their own choosing.
4. Please supply your child or children with a light snack and drink for the break where appropriate.
5. Students should bring with them every week their folder for any letters for parents, scripts, song words, etc. This excludes Bluebeat street dance students.

7. Students take part in our classes at their own risk. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to inform us of any contact or medical changes that may have occurred since registration.
8. Respectful behaviour towards staff and teachers and other students will be expected at all times. Disruption of performing arts classes will not be tolerated. The Academy reserves the right to exclude students, though will only do so under exceptional circumstances.
9. Our priority in all classes is enjoyment, and we also endeavour to help our students learn new skills and gain confidence. It is around this ethos that we frame our classes and plan our shows. It must be accepted by all parents and guardians that our decisions are final, and that we always seek to do what we believe is in the best interest of each child and others in the class which they attend.
10. Fees will be reviewed annually each September.
11. Children are responsible for whatever possessions they bring to class. We are unable to accept liability for anything that becomes lost or broken.
